(Alliance News) - Diploma PLC on Monday said it appointed Geraldine Huse as a non-executive director with effect from January 20 next year.
Huse will become a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination committees as well from that date, the FTSE 250-listed technical products supplier said.
Diploma said Huse has spent more than 30 years with Procter & Gamble Co in a range of commercial and general management positions, covering markets across Europe, North America and Asia. Huse is currently chief executive of P&G Central Europe.
Diploma was trading 1.5% higher in London on Monday at 2,047.49 pence a share.
