LONDON (Alliance News) - Consumer good company PZ Cussons PLC said Tuesday that Tamara Minick-Scokalo and Dariusz Kucz have joined as non-executive directors, with effect from Tuesday.
Kucz currently serves as chief top line officer at confectionery company Haribo and previously worked at Danone and Wrigley.
Minick-Scokalo previously held roles at Coca-Cola, P&G, Cadbury PLC, Mondelez and she was regional president of FTSE 100 publishing company Pearson PLC. Currently, she is non-executive director at Amer Sports, OHorizons, Let's Go Crazy Holdings and Mustard Hoofcare.
Shares in PZ Cussons were trading at 247 pence, up 1.6%.
