Computacenter promotes Pauline Campbell to chair, replacing Peter Ryan

(Alliance News) - Computacenter PLC on Friday said that Chair Peter Ryan will not stand for re-election at the company's annual general meeting in May.

The Hatfield, England-based computer technology and IT service provider said it will promote Pauline Campbell to the role of chair following Ryan's departure. She will cease her role as audit committee chair.

Outgoing Chair Ryan said: "I am confident that the company is well positioned to continue to thrive and wish Pauline much success in her new role."

Computacenter shares were 0.5% lower at 2,682.00 pence each on Friday morning in London.
