CloudCall partners with TargetRecruit

(Sharecast News) - Cloud-based software business CloudCall has partnered with enterprise recruitment software TargetRecruit as part of an effort to improve candidate engagement.
CloudCall said the new partnership would bring together its 'Unified Communications' software with TargetRecruit, which it described as a "leading provider" of software for staffing and recruitment firms.

The integration would support TargetRecruit as it worked to modernise workforce management and recruiting cycles through features including click to call, call recording and access to real-time reporting.

With almost a decade of experience in the recruitment industry and "an unrivalled depth of CRM integration", the AIM-listed group said it was the "ideal communications partner for TargetRecruit".

Chief executive Simon Cleaver said: "We are thrilled to be continuing our partnership expansion journey with TargetRecruit.

"The powerful and flexible software is built on the world's number one CRM platform, Salesforce, a CRM we are very familiar with."

As of 0955 GMT, Cloudcall shares had slipped 1.01% to 98p.
