LONDON (Dow Jones)--CEPS PLC (CEPS.LN), a diverse industrial services company focused on the aggregation of smaller profitable companies with entrepreneurial drive and strong management, Monday announces the appointment of Vivien Langford as Finance Director with immediate effect.
