(Alliance News) - Hostelworld Group PLC said Tuesday US financial services firm Capital Group Co Inc exited its 10% stake in the online hostel booking platform after a transaction last Friday.
Capital Group sold its entire stake in Hostelworld, having previously held a 9.95% stake in the company.
Shares in Hostelworld were unchanged at 112.00 pence in London on Tuesday.
