Cairn Homes Finance Chief Tim Kenny To Depart In Early 2020

Fri, 12th Jul 2019 10:37

(Alliance News) - Irish housebuilder Cairn Homes PLC on Friday said Finance Director Tim Kenny is to leave the company for a "senior" management position at a private company.

Kenny will depart in January 2020, with a process to recruit a successor starting immediately. He joined Cairn in April 2017, having previously been at Irish grocer and food distributor Musgrave Group PLC.

Chief Executive Michael Stanley said: "Tim's role in establishing a strong finance function in the group has been invaluable. I am pleased to have had the opportunity to work closely with him and benefit from his professionalism and his counsel.

"We remain focused on building on the success achieved by Cairn to date and on securing a strong successor to Tim."

Cairn shares were 1.2% lower on Friday morning in London at EUR1.17 each.
