LONDON (Alliance News) - British Smaller Companies VCT PLC and British Smaller Companies VCT 2 PLC Tuesday said they have both made an investment in Ness (clothing) Ltd.
British Smaller Co VCT has made a GBP1.5 million investment in the company whilst British Smaller Co VCT 2 has made a GBP1.0 million investment.
Ness is a womenswear lifestyle retail brand based in Edinburgh which trades through 11 retail stores across the UK, its own website and a range of wholesale accounts
British Smaller Co VCT shares closed down 2.3% at 85.04 pence per share while VCT 2 shares closed down 3.4% to 54.08 pence.
