LONDON (Alliance News) - Discretionary wealth management provider Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC said Monday that its previously appointed Finance Director Siobhan Boylan has joined its board.
The company announced Boylan's appointment back in August stating she would join the firm in early 2019.
Back in August, Brewin Dolphin stated that Boylan served as chief financial officer for Legal & General Investment Management Ltd, an arm of FTSE 100-listed life insurance and financial services company Legal & General Group PLC.
Prior to joining Legal & General, Boylan was with insurance company Aviva PLC, where she held senior roles including chief financial officer of Aviva North America and Aviva Investors, for 12 years.
Brewin Dolphin shares were trading down 1.2% Monday at 319.40 pence.
