LONDON (Alliance News) - Braveheart Investment Group PLC Monday said it has raised GBP130,000 after issuing 1.19 million shares to Non-Executive Director Trevor Brown, for a subscription price of 11.02 pence each.
The AIM-listed investment management group said the proceeds of the subscription will be used to fund general working capital requirements.
Shares in Braveheart Investment were untraded Monday morning at 12.20 pence.
Brown will now hold a total of 5.4 million shares, representing a 19.94% shareholding in the company.
