Feb 7 (Reuters) - BP Plc reported plannedflaring at its 265,000 barrel-per-day (bpd) Los Angeles-arearefinery in Carson, California, according to a filing with statepollution regulators.
Flaring will take place from Feb. 9-16, the filing with theSouth Coast Air Quality Management District said.
