BP Plans To Flare Tuesday At Los Angeles Area Refinery - Filing

HOUSTON (Dow Jones)--BP Plc (BP) plans to execute a flare at its Los Angeles area refinery Tuesday through Thursday, according to a filing with environmental regulators. The filing didn't give any details about why Carson, Calif., refinery must flare.
