BHP Group Names Stefanie Wilkinson As Company Secretary

(Alliance News) - BHP Group PLC on Thursday said it appointed Stefanie Wilkinson as company secretary, effective from March 2021.

The Melbourne, Australia-based miner said that in the interim Geof Stapledon will be acting group company secretary, and Chief Legal, Governance & External Affairs Officer Caroline Cox will remain as company secretary until March 1 next year.

BHP shares closed 4.9% higher in Sydney on Thursday at AUD41.25 each.
