Bergen Asset Management Cuts Angus Energy Stake To Below 3% (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Angus Energy PLC on Wednesday said Bergen Asset Management LLC had cut its stake in the oil & gas development company to below 3% after a transaction on Monday.

Bergen Asset Management lowered its holding to less than 3%, below the disclosure threshold. Prior to the transaction, Bergen Asset Management held a 5.01% stake in the company.

Shares in Angus Energy were up 12% at 10.19 pence per share on Wednesday.
