Barclays Plans 10-Year Lower Tier-2 Euro Bond Issue

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Barclays Bank PLC (BCS) is planning a 10-year, lower tier-two, euro-denominated bond issue, a syndicate official at the bank said Wednesday. Barclays is the sole lead manager on the deal.
