(Alliance News) - Argo Blockchain PLC on Thursday said it now has 6,000 machines in production after installing another 1,000 new Antminer T17 Bitmain mining machines.
The cryptocurreny miner said it "expects to increase its installed base rapidly" in 2019 and has 6,000 additional machines or order, expected to be installed in the next two quarters.
A third-quarter operational update is scheduled for early October.
Shares in Argo were down 4.1% at 9.11 pence in London on Thursday afternoon.
