(Alliance News) - Aquila European Renewables Income Fund PLC on Thursday said it intends to raise EUR25 million through a share placing.
The stock was trading 1.0% lower at 90.65 pence each on Thursday afternoon in London,
The placing price - to be no less than EUR1.05 - will be determined by way of a bookbuild process in which Numis Securities Ltd is bookrunner. The bookbuild is expected to close on Friday.
Proceeds from the placing will be used to fund investment into wind and solar photovoltaic assets totalling 30 megawatts, located in the Nordic and Iberian markets.
