LONDON (Alliance News) - Aqua Bounty Technologies Inc on Thursday said it has raised USD3 million via a subscription with majority shareholder Intrexon Corp.
AquaBounty has issued Intrexon 12.7 million shares at 15 pence per share. Shares in Aqua Bounty were untraded Thursday, having last traded at 18.50 pence.
The funds will be used for working capital purposes.
