LONDON (Alliance News) - Angus Energy PLC said Wednesday that Jonathan Tidswell holds a 6.2% stake in the oil & gas company after a transaction on Friday.
Tidswell's holdings totalled 23.5 million shares after the deal. His stake prior to the transaction, if any, has not been disclosed.
In addition, America 2030 Capital Ltd dropped exited its stake in Angus last Wednesday from a previous 7.3% stake.
Shares in Angus Energy closed up 13% at 10.00 pence per share on Wednesday.
