(Alliance News) - Altyn PLC said on Wednesday it intends to raise a USD10 million bond on Kazakhstan's Astana Stock Exchange.
The London-based gold exploration company said the amount will be used for company's capital expenditure purposes.
The book-building will start immediately and run until Friday.
Shares in Altyn closed flat at 0.49 pence on Wednesday in London.
