Alpha Growth Raises GBP165,000 In Placing Following Strong Demand

(Alliance News) - Alpha Growth PLC said Tuesday it has raised GBP164,617 through the issue of 9.6 million new shares.

Alpha Growth issued the new shares, priced at 1.75 pence each, on the back of "organic demand". Shares in Alpha Growth were down 7.9% in London on Tuesday afternoon at 2.05p each.

Following the placing, the financial advisory firm has 192.7 million shares in issue.

Alpha Growth said the proceeds will go towards its marketing efforts.
