LONDON (Alliance News) - Akers Biosciences Inc said Thursday that its shares will recommence trading on AIM Friday, and announced the pricing of its public offering on the NASDAQ.
Akers Biosciences will offer 2.7 million shares at USD5.50 each, hoping to raise around USD15 million in gross proceeds.
