LONDON (Alliance News) - AEW UK REIT PLC Monday said it has raised GBP2.4 million in its first tap issue of 2.45 million shares at 97.0 pence each.
AEW UK REIT is a closed-ended real estate investment trust, focused on freehold and leasehold properties in the UK.
Shares in AEW UK REIT were up 0.7% at 98.20 pence Monday afternoon.
