(Alliance News) - AEW UK Long Lease REIT PLC on Tuesday noted that the vast minority of its shareholders opposed the reappointment of Steve Smith as chair.
The investment company said it intends to engage with the shareholders who voted against the reelection to understand their views.
AEW UK Long Lease REIT shares were trading 0.3% higher in London on Tuesday at 76.00 pence each.
