LONDON (Alliance News) - Barclays Bank PLC on Tuesday said private equity company Advent International Corp sold a 12% stake in technology services provider Equiniti Group PLC for a total of GBP61.2 million.
Advent sold 36.0 million shares in the outsourcer at 170 pence per share. Advent will continue to hold a 7.9% stake in Equiniti.
The placing, which was announced on Monday, was conducted through an accelerated bookbuild run by Barclays.
Shares in Equiniti were trading down 5.2% at 173.50 pence on Tuesday morning.
