LONDON (Alliance News) - Adgorithms Ltd on Tuesday said its Chief Financial Officer Ron Stern will step down when it releases its 2016 results to "pursue other career opportunities".
The advertising software firm said the results are expected to be released in April.
A search and selection process has begun with immediate effect in order to appoint a successor as soon as possible, the group added.
