LONDON (Alliance News) - Investment company Adams PLC on Monday said it has acquired 63,000 shares in online betting group GVC Holdings PLC for GBP299,400.
This values GVC's shares at 475.25 pence each.
Shares in Adams were untraded on Monday, while GVC shares were up 0.1% at 488.50p.
Adams already held 23,753 shares in GVC which were issued to Adams in exchange for its shareholding in bwin.party digital entertainment PLC when GVC and bwin merged at the beginning of this month.
As a result, Adams now holds 86,753 shares in GVC, representing 0.03% of its issued share capital.
