Actual Experience inks five-year framework agreement with Vodafone

(ShareCast News) - AIM-listed analytics group Actual Experience has signed a five-year framework agreement with Vodafone which will see its digital experience quality analysis integrated into the company's long-term quality improvement processes and key performance indicators.Actual Experience's software will analyse Vodafone's digital experience quality to ensure digital products and services are delivered to the company's customers and staff exactly as the business intends.The group said its analytics have the potential to be used across Vodafone's enterprise and consumer markets, products and services.Chief executive officer Dave Page said: "Our recent focus has been on building our channel partner relationships and I'm delighted to be able to announce our latest significant agreement."By taking a customer-led perspective on the quality of their digital experience we can help Vodafone focus their resources on achieving consistent digital quality."At 1500 GMT, Actual Experience shares were up 3.6% to 272p.
