(Alliance News) - Asimilar Group PLC said it has requested that its shares be temporarily suspended from trading on the London Stock Exchange, pending an announcement.
Asimilar was, until just before Christmas, known as YOLO Leisure & Technology.
Shares in the investment company were last quoted at 48.00 pence each in London.
