(Alliance News) - Yew Grove REIT PLC on Tuesday said it has raised EUR10 million in gross proceeds pursuant to a previously announced share placing.
The Irish commercial property company has placed 10 million share at EUR1 per share. The placing was a part of a previously announced 12-month 100 million share issuance programme.
Shares in the company were untraded at EUR1 per share on Tuesday afternoon.
Chair Barry O'Dowd bought 15,000 shares pursuant to the share placing, resulting in a total holding of 40,000 shares, or 0.05% of the issued share capital. Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Laredo bought 20,000 shares, resulting in a total holding of 2.5 million shares, or 3.0%.
Non-Executive Director Garry O'Dea bought 25,000 shares, while fellow non-executive board members Eimear Moloney and Brian Owens acquired 20,000 shares each.
