(Alliance News) - Online marketing services provider XLMedia PLC on Monday said Non-Executive Director Ory Weihs purchased 290,811 shares in the company in two separate transactions last week.
On Thursday, Weihs bought the shares at 58.00 pence each, GBP14,500 altogether.
On Friday, Weihs bought 265,811 shares at 58.35p each, GBP155,101 in total.
The director now holds 6.6 million XLMedia shares, representing 3.5% of the company's issued share capital.
The stock closed 5.3% higher at 59.50p apiece in London on Monday afternoon.
