IN BRIEF: Witan Pacific To Buy 17.4 Million Shares Under Tender Offer

Witan Pacific Investment Trust PLC - Asia Pacific-focused investor - Says 17.4 million shares, or around 26% of issued share capital, validly tendered under its tender offer. Tender price 387.8956 pence per share. Shares will be purchased by J.P. Morgan Cazenove under the tender offer for GBP67.5 million in total. Following implementation of tender offer, Witan will have 65.9 million shares in issue.

Current stock price: 418.50 pence

Year-to-date change: down 21%
