LONDON (Alliance News) - Witan Pacific Investment Trust PLC Wednesday said that Director Susan Platts-Martin bought 5,000 shares at GBP2.1 each.
Following the transaction, Platts-Martin holds 9,000 shares, representing 0.0137% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in Witan closed down 0.5% at 211.00p on Wednesday.
