(Alliance News) - Wentworth Resources PLC said Monday that Non-Executive Director Iain McLaren bought GBP36,677 in shares, over three transactions from November 12 to November 22.
On November 12, McLaren bought 2,502 shares at a price of 17.8 pence per share.
On Wednesday last week, he acquired 100,000 shares for 19.58p each. Finally, on Friday last week, McLaren purchased another 100,000 shares for 19.65p per share.
Following these transactions, McLaren now holds 302,502 shares, overall, reflecting a 0.2% holding in the company.
Shares in the Reading-based oil & gas firm were down 2.6% at 19.0 pence per share on Tuesday in London.
