WANdisco PLC - Sheffield-based data-management software company - Raises USD42.5 million through placing and subscription of shares, which will go towards, accelerating and strengthening its commercial position by building balance sheet strength in order to capitalise on future opportunities to scale.
Placing and conditional subscription raised USD12.5 million through issue of 2.0 million shares at a price of 446 pence per share, while firm subscription raised USD30 million on issue of 4.9 million shares at the same price.
Once placing and subscription share issue are approved by shareholders at general meeting, WANdisco will have 59.5 million shares issued overall.
