(Alliance News) - Victoria Oil & Gas PLC on Monday said John Bryant has resigned as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
"We thank John for his service and contribution to the company over the last 4.5 years and we wish him well in his future endeavours," said Chair Roger Kennedy.
The gas production and distribution company's shares were trading 0.4% lower on Monday at 12.28 pence each in London.
