LONDON (Alliance News) - VinaLand Ltd said Monday it divested its entire stake in Project SDC located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
VinaLand disposed of its entire stake at a total valuation 0.9% above the net asset value at March 31. The deal resulted in net proceeds of USD2.5 million which have been received in full.
The project, acquired in 2007, is designated for a commercial-use development.
VinaLand shares were trading down 0.9% at USD0.54.
