VinaLand Divests Entire Stake In Project Romana Resort & Spa

LONDON (Alliance News) - VinaLand Ltd said Friday it divested its entire stake in Project Romana Resort & Spa located in Vietnam.

VinaLand disposed of its entire stake at a total valuation 12.5% above the net asset value at March 31. The deal resulted in net proceeds of USD4.8 million which have been received in full.

The project is an operating hotel with 96 rooms in Binh Thuan, Vietnam.

VinaLand shares were untraded USD0.542.
