LONDON (Alliance News) - Russia-focused gas producer Volga Gas PLC on Wednesday said Chief Financial Officer Tony Alves will step down from his role, effective from May 13.
Alves will be replaced by Vadim Son, currently finance director of Volga's operating subsidiaries.
Alves will remain on the board of Volga until its annual general meeting on June 10, after which he will continue to advise the firm on a consultancy basis.
Volga shares were untraded on Wednesday morning, having last traded at 36.00 pence.
