LONDON (Alliance News) - Technology-focused investment company Vela Technologies PLC said on Friday it has extended the repayment date of GBP400,000 in convertible unsecured loan notes issued in October 2016.
The notes are currently held by Director Anthony Laiker and shareholder Scott Fletcher, and were originally due for repayment on September 30, or be converted by shares at a price of 0.15 pence each.
The notes' repayment date has now been extended by a year to September 30, 2019.
On October 1, only Fletcher had agreed to a extension of the repayment date, with Laiker indicated he "will not be seeking repayment" on his GBP200,000 share of the notes.
Shares in Vela Technologies were down 3.8% at 0.25 pence on Friday.
