DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Velocity Composites Chair And Wife Buy Shares

(Alliance News) - Velocity Composites PLC said on Wednesday Chair Andy Beaden and his wife have both bought shares in the company.

On Wednesday, they bought 100,000 shares at an average price of 21.47 pence in a transaction totalling GBP21,470.

Andy now has an interest in 150,000 Velocity shares, representing a 0.42% stake.

Shares in Velocity closed up 21% at 22.35 pence in London on Wednesday.
