LONDON (Alliance News) - Utilitywise PLC Monday said Non-Executive Director Jeremy Middleton bought 703,603 shares at a price of 265.45 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, Middleton holds 3.3 million shares, which represents 4.3% stake in the firm.
The stock closed at 272.00p up 2.1% Monday.
