LONDON (Alliance News) - Utilitywise PLC Monday said Non-Executive Director Jeremy Middleton bought 300,000 shares at a price of 262.52 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, Middleton holds 2.6 million shares, which represents a 3.4% stake in the firm.
The stock was trading down 6.3% at 279.00p Monday.
