ULS Technology Non-Executive Chair Geoff Wicks Steps Down

Fri, 14th Feb 2020 11:03

(Alliance News) - ULS Technology PLC said Friday Geoff Wicks is stepping down from his position as non-executive chair with immediate effect.

The housing market comparison software provider said Martin Rowland, currently a non-executive director of the company, will assume the role of chair.

ULS said Rowland, who joined the board in 2018, has been a "director of companies in an executive and non-executive capacity, helping businesses to scale organically and through acquisition".

Steve Goodall, chief executive, said: "We would like to thank Geoff for his contribution to ULS as the business and its strategy has evolved and wish him every success in the future.

"At the same time, we are delighted to appoint Martin as chair, who has a long-standing history with the company. We look forward to continuing to work closely with him as we develop DigitalMove and build on the momentum achieved to date."

DigitalMove is a customer-focused online platform that enables purchase conveyancing cases to be completed in a secure and paperless environment. As at the beginning of December, ULS had invested GBP1.0 million into the platform.

Shares in ULS were trading 2.4% higher in London at 59.40 pence each on Friday.
