Umuthi Healthcare Solutions PLC - South Africa-based technology-led healthcare - Applies to the UK Listing Authority for the admission of 9.4 million shares, which is expected to take place on Wednesday next week, giving Umuthi a total of 101.4 million shares in issue.
In early June, shares were suspended for the second time since its IPO in March. UK FCA ordered the suspension in trading out of "concerns regarding some shareholders who were involved in a share exchange agreement prior to the company's admission to trading, not being able to trade all of their shares".
Umuthi said that the matters regarding the suspension has been resolved.
