LONDON (Alliance News) - UDG Healthcare PLC on Tuesday said it appointed Peter Chambre and Shane Cooke as non-executive directors of the company with effect from February.
The FTSE 250 healthcare services provider said Chambre has held senior positions in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors and has been a director of several international public and private companies.
Chambre currently holds the role of chairman of Immatics Biotechnologies GmbH, a clinical stage cancer immunotherapy company.
Meanwhile, Cooke is currently a non-executive director of Nasdaq-listed Alkermes PLC, of which he was president until last March.
He also currently sits on the board of Prothena Corp PLC and of Endo International PLC.
UDG Healthcare shares were trading down 0.5% at 608.50 pence each.
