Tri-star Resources, the AIM-listed miner of antimony metal, has said that an exploration area in its Göynük Project in western Turkey has now been upgraded to a mining licence.The 685.9-hectare area, known as Göynük East, is predominantly forestry land supervised by the Turkish government and was awarded to the company in June 2011.Goldstone said: "Further permitting is, however, additionally required to particular permit areas within the Göynük East area, in order for a mining and operations permit to be issued and for future mining operations to take place."Göynük, located in the Murat Dagi mountains, is within a total exploration area of 1,479 hectares and already contains a mining licence of 24.68 hectares.The stock was trading 0.5% lower at 0.209p on Thursday.BC
