UK EXECUTIVE CHANGE SUMMARY: DeepMatter Appoints New Chair And CFO

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

DeepMatter Group PLC - Bristol-based software firm focused on digitising chemistry - Hires Karen Bach as non-executive chair and Fraser Benson as chief financial officer. Bach, a former CFO of a number of technology companies, currently is chair of media software firm Amino Technologies PLC and a non-executive director of Escape Hunt PLC, an operator of escape room experiences. Benson was finance director for Europe and Asia at fixed-income platform Tradeweb Inc.

Resolute Mining Ltd - operator of Syama gold mine in Mali - John Welborn steps down as managing director & chief executive officer after five years in the role. CFO Stuart Gale named interim CEO while a search for a permanent replacement is conducted. Gale joined as CFO in January, having previously worked at Wesfarmers Ltd and Fortescue Metals Group Ltd.

Salt Lake Potash Ltd - production of sulphate of potash from salt lakes in Western Australia - Appoints Phil Montgomery and Peter Thomas to board as independendent non-executive directors, effective immediately. Montgomery was vice president for projects at BHP Group PLC, responsible for the development of BHP's Jansen potash project in Saskatchewan, Canada. Thomas was a senior executive at Fortescue Metals Group. Meanwhile, Mark Pearce steps down from the board effective Monday.

Games Workshop Group PLC - Nottingham-based miniature wargame figurine manufacturer and retailer - Adds Sally Matthews to board as non-executive director from November 1. Says Matthews has 20 years experience of consumer and e-commerce businesses, including at Tesco PLC and Unilever PLC. Notes Finance Director Rachel Tongue becomes CFO, also from November 1, and Elaine O'Donnell becomes non-executive chair from January 1.

Panoply Holdings PLC - London-based IT consulting - Hires Rachel Neaman as non-executive director, effect immediately. Neaman was the first chief digital officer at the UK Department of Health. She also is a non-executive director of AIM-listed workflow management software provider Checkit PLC.

ADVFN PLC - financial information websites - Hires Tom Spiller as independent non-executive director from Monday. Spiller is a senior associate for Dispute Resolution at law firm Rosenblatt Ltd, part of AIM-listed RBG Holdings PLC.
