LONDON (Alliance News) - Tiziana Life Sciences PLC on Thursday said Non-Executive Director Riccardo Dalla-Favera has resigned from his role.
"The company is grateful to Favera for his time, expertise and commitment to the company," said Chief Financial Officer Tiziano Lazzaretti.
Shares in the biotechnology company were trading 2.7% higher on Thursday at 53.90 pence each.
