LONDON (Alliance News) - Housebuilder Telford Homes PLC said Land Director James Furlong sold 100,000 shares at 350.5 pence per share on Thursday.
The company also said Planning and Design Director David Durant, and his wife, sold 50,000 shares at the same price.
Following the sales, Furlong holds 1.2 million shares, or a 1.54% stake and Durant also holds 1.2 million shares, or a 1.59% stake.
The stock was up 1.8% at 358.44p Wednesday.
